Because most products sold on A1Architects Store are custom-made and personalized<\/strong>\u00a0for each customer, our return policy differs from standard retail stores.<\/p>\n

1. No Returns or Exchanges for Change of Mind<\/strong>
Due to the nature of custom-made goods, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations\u00a0once the 24-hour review period has passed and production has begun<\/strong>. Please ensure all details (size, color) are correct at the time of order.<\/p>\n

2. Order Cancellations<\/strong>
You may cancel your order without penalty within\u00a024 hours of placing it<\/strong>. To cancel, please contact us immediately at\u00a0hi@a1architects.co<\/strong>. If production has already started (after the 24-hour window), cancellation will not be possible.<\/p>\n

3. Damaged or Defective Products<\/strong>

    If we made a mistake on your order (e.g., wrong item shipped, incorrect customization applied due to our error), please contact our team immediately.<\/p>\n
