Refund and Returns Policy

Because most products sold on A1Architects Store are custom-made and personalized for each customer, our return policy differs from standard retail stores.

1. No Returns or Exchanges for Change of Mind
Due to the nature of custom-made goods, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the 24-hour review period has passed and production has begun. Please ensure all details (size, color) are correct at the time of order.

2. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order without penalty within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel, please contact us immediately at hi@a1architects.co. If production has already started (after the 24-hour window), cancellation will not be possible.

3. Damaged or Defective Products
We take great pride in the quality of our work. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, please follow this procedure:

  • Reporting Window: You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Evidence: Please provide clear photographs of the damage or defect to hi@a1architects.co.

  • Resolution: We will review your case on an individual basis. If the damage is verified, we will discuss the appropriate solution with you (which may include a repair, or replacement).

4. Errors on Our Part
If we made a mistake on your order (e.g., wrong item shipped, incorrect customization applied due to our error), please contact our team immediately.

  • We will review the case and work with you directly to correct the issue as it is appropriate.

5. Shipping Damages
If your product is damaged during shipping, please keep all original packaging and contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier.
